Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort in Twin Waters is a great choice for a weekend getaway. the staff members are patient and helpful, and the units are well-equipped and tastefully decorated with views over the lagoon. the resort is in a nice location in Twin Waters, close to the bar and restaurant areas.

The staff was absolutely lovely and approaching, we were offered a cheap executive double room with garden views. It was in a secluded setting on the covered deck area which was very pleasant...

The area was really loud.

Stunningly beautiful and absolutely great place, I really enjoyed kind personnel.

The room was big and featured a TV set, several channels, and a lounge area.

Marvellous location close to an excellent beach with really soft sand. Easy access to a bakery and boutiques. - Gorgeous breakfast selection with freshly made eggs and sausage.

Very relaxing stay, with friendly staff and lots of water activities.

Hotel as a whole is incredibly beautiful and absolutely great, I loved it.

The rooms are big and cheap and have excellent view of the lake and kangaroos.

This place boasts a fantastic location near a restaurant and the "kookaburra park.

It was very relaxing and I had a room that had a wonderful outlook. Lots of lush greenery which made you think you were a long way away from the city life.

There were tea making facilities but no stirring stick or spoon to stir your coffee/tea if you took sugar. Think at this time of the year it would be nice if there was a jug of cold water in the bar fridge. Very minor things but you did ask.

This place had a unique atmosphere and was conveniently located close to Xperiences, making it a great base for my trip.

The location is awesome, hotel is clean.

The hotel is peaceful with special atmosphere and very good staff from 3 different staff members. It offers good prices. The room is reasonably priced. There is an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware.

Plenty of activities to do on site

Buffet breakfast was not included as specified when booking. There was no toaster, dressing gowns, crockery or cutlery in the room at all. Only a glass and a cup.

This tranquil and tidy place to stay has friendly staff, including a welcoming receptionist who checked us in warmly.

The facilities and most of the staff were nice, friendly and comfortable. Amazing surrounds and architecture. Water features made for great background sound and alot of trees/ natural environment and buildings. Would be a great holiday for kids and families, really anyone from any walk of life looking for a getaway except backpackers- the standard is too high for an average hostel.

One staff member in the restaurant wasn't the friendliest, also the price of the meals considering there are not many options. Also could have stayed a week instead of a night :).

I was there for a business conference the facilities and the food where very good and the quiet nature of the resort reminded me of home
